Our group of friends had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was convenient with great security and comfortable rooms that were well-appointed and clean. the room and bathroom facilities were top-notch, with ample space to move around. the breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service during our stay. the beautiful view from the rooms was a plus point, adding to the serene atmosphere.
We faced some difficulty getting in touch with the hotel staff and missed out on receiving necessary amenities due to miscommunication.

The room was spacious and clean, with lovely decor. The location was convenient and easy to access. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the toiletries and towels.
There were some issues with communication and service. Despite requesting a crib for my child, it was not prepared upon arrival and the one provided later was not functional. Additionally, it was hard to get in touch with staff without physically going to them.

The room was quite comfortable and clean, which was a big plus. It was spacious, and the decor was beautiful. the location was convenient as it was in a central area close to many attractions. This made it easy to get around and explore the area.
The hotel did not fulfill my request for a crib, which caused us a lot of trouble. the crib they eventually sent was unusable, and we had to spend much time figuring it out.
